Snowmen Pancakes

It's a continuing theme this week-SNOW! We didn't see any while we were here in Shreveport, but this morning we had snowman pancakes complete with chocolate chip eyes, red hot buttons and cinnamon stick arms. Too cute! I was skeptical about the red hots, but they were actually good.

We were also able to complete yesterday's Advent activity. On our way out to Aunt Minette's house for dinner we stopped by the fire station that was around the corner from Nana's house and we dropped off the toys the boys picked out yesterday for the "Toys for Tots" drive. The friendly fireman even invited us back to come explore the firehouse and check out the fire truck the next time we were in town! Woo to the Hoo!

We did something similar. We got an angel off of our Church's angel tree. Max picked the name. Then, we went to pick out the skateboard and delivered it back to the Church. It is a great thing to teach them at this age!
