A Dab, A Dash and a Pinch

My latest Blurb book has just been published. This book was over a year in the making. It's a cookbook full of my favorite recipes. It began as a way to compile all my recipes into one place. Then it emerged as a way to meal plan for the week. I got tired of working on it for a while, because I kept finding new recipes I wanted to add. So, I put it aside.

But, when Hurricane Ike arrived and the "core" lived with us for 10 days, my desire to complete the book emerged. We shared meals, we shared recipes and we shared our dinner table--the most important place in the house. It's the place where relationships are made. So, this book is dedicated to the "core"--Anna Alexander and Brenda Falcone and their families. May you have many wonderful meals together with your family and others strengthening the bonds that tie us together.
